Re-set my weekly goal list

Love that I can have daily/weekly goals that I can track and see at a glance. SP is great!

Because I have slipped just a bit I re-added some of the basics. For instance:

emoticon Eat a good breakfast EVERY DAY!
Meet my team members! emoticon
Post my weekly progress on my spark page and on Team Firecrackers! emoticon
emoticon Take ALL my supplements everyday, not just some.

Whew! It's easy to slip up on established habits. With accountability to myself and you all I will re-establish them and make my ultimate goal!
