I can't believe how many excuses I can come up with for not staying on track-the weather is too hot, can't have my music up loud to exercise because other people are home, being asked to go out to eat and the list goes on. I am amazed at how weak I can be.
I had a goal to loose weight before my son's wedding it is now only 3 weeks away and I think I am going in the other direction and gaining.
So today the start of a new week-I have a plan for myself to get back to exercising and eating right. Hoping I can change my bad habits after a week and a half of being naughty.
