so I actually am feeling pretty good for a day after a race - mild soreness but not bad at all - I only feel it when I first stand up but it quickly is gone. so that means all my training has paid off.
today is a recovery day - time to spend with friends and enjoy the day.
so this blog is super short because I'm heading out for that enjoyment
