Time to start blogging!!!!

I have come to the realization that I need to start blogging everyday to keep myself accountable. So I am going to start today.....

Today was a bad day as far as nutrition... I got up late, skipped breakfast, had a cookie for lunch, ate some dinner then after I came home from the gym i had another cookie!! I'm eating the cookie thinking to myself why am I eating this?? Well its because I didn't start my day off right, i barely ate anything during the day and my body was craving sweet.

I cant just look at the bad though, I have to acknowledge the good as well. I have gone to the gym two days in a row now. (I just got my membership) I pushed myself to work a little harder tonight and I did it!!! I didn't give up and I didn't leave!!! I am proud of myself for that.

Tomorrows goal:

To eat a good breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack!!

    I've noted that I love it when people blog! You're off to a great start! I am a strong cheerleader for a healthy breakfast...especially when you are exercising and hitting cardio. Not eating enough AND the healthy stuff can counteract your nutrition. Focus on that, stay strong, and you will see good results! Stay strong!

    Blogging helps me stay focused--congrats to you for taking these steps forward--blogging, the gym, and making a decision to focus on nutrition. You're on your way!

When I joined a gym the second week of June, I told myself I must go 3-4 times per week and made that commitment to myself. Most weeks it's more like 5-6 times, but the one week where I made it 3 times, I didn't beat myself up. I've kept my promise to myself and it feels great. The more you exercise, the more your body will crave it because it makes you feel so great!

Keep on keeping on ... and remember, YOU have the power!

    Good for you joining a gym! Now you have to get your $$ worth out of it! As far as nutrition, at least you know where you went wrong! Own it and move on! Make better choices! Keep sparking!

    Blogging is absolutely my accountability as well! For me, it's harder to blog when I've "blown it", but the honesty of just "speaking" the truth about it, and the support you receive is EXACTLY why SparkPeople is so awesome! Congrats on your gym streak! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
