The working out has been going pretty good. I've gotten up to 30 min on the elliptical and next week I'm planning on upping that to 35 and maybe 40 at the end of the week.
I also started using the stair master... I HATE the stair master. I feel like I'm going to die when I get off of it. It was invented by a very evil man with a very good metabolism who likes to laugh at people while eating cookies and looking sexy with no effort.
I wish I spent more time there but the heat wave forces me home to take care of my dogs. But I'm getting about 1-1.5hrs 3-4 times a week. I could work out at home but... I could work out at home without paying for a gym membership but I don't.
I haven't really lost weight but the working out has gotten me in a better mindset for dieting. Last week I started counting calories. I hate counting calories but I have this neat app that will record the calories I eat and estimates the total calories I burn in a day (not just exercise but total) and it is helping me get a grip on the math.
I'm expecting good numbers next week.
