I have learned to schedule my time to workout between 3-4 days a week but Insanity requires six. Any ideas how I can squeeze those other days in and still keep up on my house work, grocery shopping and being a mother and wife?
The worst part is now that I have graduated I sit down and turn on the television -- what a mind drain and waste of time. I need to get back to leisure reading and scrapbooking. But more importantly I need to figure out how to get the workouts in everyday. I try to walk on my lunch hour but I am more drawn to reading or socializing. Who and how does anyone ever do it all?
Time management ideas anyone?
