Today the dogs and I walked all the way to the pond and back. I was exhausted but they were ready for more. Unfortunately I was not. I must admit that I sat down and took a little 10 minute nap. I never believed in the term 'power nap' before but I think I might give it a try. When I woke up, I was energized again. I cleaned the bathroom and got ready to do to my 9am Vinyasa yoga class. It was a great class with to focus today on heart openers and core work. Without the power nap, I probably would not have made it to class. Of course I recorded both the walk and the yoga in my Fitness Tracker.
