We have been doing a three week Progressive Challenge on The Chair Exercise Team and I have to say, it's been fun. It also keeps me on my toes......trying to remember what comes next and did I actually do something. That's one good reason why I try to do most of my goals in the morning, so that I know it's done and I don't have to keep asking myself if I have done a certain thing. My memory is not what it used to be, sad to say.....which is why I have had to get me a weekly day to day pill keeper, for AM and PM.......so I will know if I have taken my meds. But, I digress....The one thing that I cannot do in the morning is know whether I have kept within my goal range, even if I have planned out my meal plan. There are always that little unexpected item that throws a monkey wrench into my well laid plans. Hmmmmmm, wonder why they call it a "monkey wrench". It certainly has nothing to do with a monkey...Oh, well, guess it's not important, What is important is that I manage to stay within my cal range and I have managed to do just that for the past three weeks. Even kept my protein and fiber up where it needs to be, though that is another challenge for another team.
Needless to say, digressions or not, I have enjoyed this challenge and look forward to the next one.......

One last thing to do before this challenge is done........go give two goodies to two very deserving recipients..but then, all our team members are very deserving, cause they are warm caring compassionate awesome Spark Friends.
