Goals

I decided that I needed some specific goals to work on instead of just plodding along, so here it goes =

1. Do a 15 minute dance set easily
2. Do a zumba class without wanting to collapse
3. Lose a dress size
4. Tone my tummy

I feel that this is probably enough for now...

    Good for you. I can't begin to do Zumba, but I still have the DVD!! I tried it a few times; it's just too hard for me.

    Goals are good.
