So I've successfully completed a week of bootcamp. I only missed one day of cardio. I missed two days of strength training but I doubled up one day and so I did complete all the videos.
Earlier this week I had a small episode with heat exhaustion. This 100 degree weather almost got the best of me, but I was ok, just had a little scare when I almost passed out. I decided to skip cardio and strength training the next day just to make sure I was ok. The good thing is, though, that pushes me to starting week 2 of bootcamp tomorrow, a Sunday. That will be nice so my weekly fitness tracker will be on the same schedule as my bootcamp days.
My diet has been going pretty well. I've been cheating a little bit, but there hasn't been one day that I've gone over my calorie limit, which is nice. Today I've not really followed it since I had Indian with one of my friends, but still I didn't go over calories.
I plan on weighing myself on Monday, and then again on Wednesday when I finish the diet. Then we'll see how well it's done. I can't wait to be done with bootcamp to see how much my measurements have changed.
I've been feeling a lot better, thanks to working out almost every day this week. So hopefully I will keep this up and actually get back into shape like I used to be. So far, so good.
