Aargghhhhh! Tell me it isn't true!!! I knew there was a reason I avoided that food tracker thingee!!! It turned my low-fat lobster dinner into a caloric nightmare just because I garnished it with a stick of melted butter. And, what about those french fries I ate at the local diner??? I dipped them in low-fat ranch...doesn't that counteract the deep-fat frying??? What about the late-night snack I ate over the sink...didn't the calories go down the drain???
Okay, my first day of tracking everything that went into my mouth was an eye opener? I ate a lot more than I thought I did. I can see now why the pounds are just melting away. Shocking, revealing, but worth the effort!
