Results from my training session!

Met with the trainer, finally, after lots of rescheduling madness.
We did some assessments and found:
- body fat percentage at approx. 19%
- my Ďbody ageí is 19, which is great because Iím actually 23
- my flexibility needs some work
- strength is Ďexcellentí
- nutrition is right between Ďgoodí and Ďexcellentí
This all kind of means that my UGW of 120 might not be very realistic. That would put me at 15% BF assuming I didnít lose muscle. Thatís attainable for women, but super hard to keep up. Iíll shoot for staying between 16 - 18% which means 122 - 125ish.
I really wanted to get to 120 just so I could say ďIíve lost 50 lbs.Ē, but thatís not really whatís important here. The point isÖ Iím fit, Iím strong, Iím healthy, and Iím going to stay this way.
