No Insanity (126 to 52)

Saturday, July 21, 2012

There was no insanity to update. I managed to do my fit test last Sunday and life changed after that. I will say I made some improvment in the 2 wks. It was hard for me to believe. HOWEVER I am afraid of what I might have lost with no exercise this week.

I had painting going on at my house (outside) and my youngest was attending a 3 day writers workshop. And I was coordinating all of this along with getting my oldest daughter's car back to our house. This week was difficult with eating, drinking enough water and exercising which resulted in a 1 pound gain. But I am not dismayed. It is a bump and I will regroup and press forward.

See ya next week emoticon emoticon
