Taking it easy for a while.....

Because of all those strenuous plank style Pilates exercises I've been doing, my shoulders are still aching. I decided to take it easy and just go for a walk. Before I knew it, I had walked for 40 minutes. It didn't even feel like a long time at all!

I can't even scratch the opposite shoulder because I'm aching too much! Particularly my left shoulder. Every time I try to used my left hand to scratch my right shoulder, it's like "Ow!".

So, no more plank style Pilates till my left shoulder recovers :(

  Sorry about the pain in your shoulder. Walking is a great form of exercise. Sometimes I walk in the pool to burn some extra calories and it helps me with the pain in my joints. emoticon

    Good job on the 40 minute walk. Take it easy with your shoulder. Don't not do anything either it, stretch it some. Like the saying says use it or lose it. Just don't push it hard.

    Definitely take care of yourself. I think you push it too hard when exercising. Take care...... emoticon

    Defiantly rest the shoulder and see a physician if it does not get better.
