Because of all those strenuous plank style Pilates exercises I've been doing, my shoulders are still aching. I decided to take it easy and just go for a walk. Before I knew it, I had walked for 40 minutes. It didn't even feel like a long time at all!
I can't even scratch the opposite shoulder because I'm aching too much! Particularly my left shoulder. Every time I try to used my left hand to scratch my right shoulder, it's like "Ow!".
So, no more plank style Pilates till my left shoulder recovers :(
