So, I have been eating more healthy. Incorporated a variety of soups to my diet (just amazing how many different types of soups there are out there) Well, I have also been exploring various tea options, I just love teas!
I did have one setback though...have been craving these and snacking like crazy!
I just love the strawberry and blueberry ones.
Another thing, my exercise routine is getting boring. Must find different work-out regimes to keep stimulated.I'm open to suggestions :)
