So I make one week of purposely tracking my weight and I made it to a weight of 233 which is a 3 pound loss. I've been looking at my weight over the course of the week though since I lost the three and my weight is sort of plateaued. I hate that. Happens to me alot but I noticed on days I ate more, I had a loss.
So after some math and research I found that I may not be eating quite enough for my activity level. I'm going to bump up my calories a bit and observe my results for a week and see if I can produce a better result.
