Shred Level 2/Day 9 Recap

My weigh in today was good... lost another 1.5 pounds! Finally, the scale is moving again! And I only have ONE more day on Shred Level 2! Then I get to move on!! And today I did BOTH rounds of double jumps! When I start these new programs, I always wonder how I am ever going to make it through... I know it was always get easier, but at the beginning, that seems impossible. But it always DOES get easier! Except the chair squats with a v raise. I HATE those. Whatever little muscles those v raises work, they must be the weakest muscle in my body and they are SO hard for me! But I guess those muscles need to be worked. :)
