One thing at a time....I have exercised every day this week. I'm gettng ready to do my workout for today. My new favorite thing is BodyRock.tv! I LOVE IT! A quick workout, that makes me sweat like crazy, sore the next day, it's quick, and it's something new every day! I stumbled on it by accident and I am so glad that I did. I can modify it, so that I am avoiding using the parts of my body that are injured and still able to get a great workout.
As for the diet? Well....that's a totally different story. Let's just focus on the good things. I have been exercising!
