Long week....

Friday, July 20, 2012

Is it just me, or has it been the longest week ever?!?!?! I know I have to work a lot of extra hours this week. The problem is that I didn't do my exercises those days I was working late. Man, can I tell a difference. Exercise seems to give me more energy and why I never stick with it when I know how good it makes me feel....well...I don't know.

To all my buddies out there that had a long week or even if they had just a normal week.....TGIF! emoticon

You'll see, starting today, you'll be back to your exercising. You are really consistent most of the time.

Some weeks are like that. We never seem to prepare for them.

Maybe that's the lesson here. Let's all put a couple of minutes into planning how we'll fit exercise in during "those" kinds of days/weeks .

Have a great weekend. And have a wonderful week next week.

Oh yes... this has been a looooooooonggg week. I can't wait for it to be over. Today was the worst!! Stuck at airport.... stuck in traffic.. . stuck in a horrible storm on the highway... and finally get near home and get rear ended!! I am so glad this day is almost over! Have a great weekend.. I am going to try to cheer up :)

I agree! It has been a long week. I didn't get the workouts in that I wanted either and it drains me too. We just have to look forward to next week. emoticon
