Our family attended a local polka celebration last night. I'm proud of my self control... I ate healthy. My supper consisted of a cabbage roll, a bottle of water, and (drum roll, please!) I only ate a few of my son's french fries and a bit of his hot dog! "Helping" my picky eater with his meals has been my weakness lately.
I was stressed out on Monday and exceeded my calorie limit. Stuff happens.
Protein has been the focus this week. Sometimes it is tricky to reach 20%.
