I love getting in the pool! So refreshing and good for me. I did gentle water aerobics for 40 minutes this morning . It was really enjoyable. I was too early for the class, so did it on my own.
The scale is liking my new motivation! I hope to start feeling it in my clothes soon. I would like to get into some of the shorts I had altered from pants earlier in the spring. They are smaller than what I am wearing now and not just knit but some other fabrics, too.
I had a shot for the bursitis.in my hip yesterday. It is feeling pretty good
today, especially since getting in the pool. It was 80 at 6 am when I went to the gym, so the pool felt nice. It was a little on the cool side, but totally didn't mind!
Food tracking going well. Staying below my calorie high point. Eating a little less fat seems to be moving the scale...not dangerously lower...just a little.
