That Full Feeling

I finally found it!

I found my full feeling!

I am a 6 time a day overeater. I never stop. But this last week I finally made that important discovery. I have been practicing a little mindful eating, trying to follow the food to my stomach and think about every bite (not with 100% success, but making progress).

I noticed that after a certain amount that I feel the food in my stomach. It doesn't feel like full like I am used to. However, if I keep eating past that point, I never feel any other trigger telling my how full I am until well after I have eaten everything I get my hands (mouth) on and feel bloated and sick.

So this is it, my full point. It comes a whole lot sooner than I expected. And if I stop eating at it, the food swells more and gives me a satisfied feeling after a couple of minutes.

I am really excited. I didn't think I was capable of stopping eating early. I can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I need to find my full feeling too. And way before my esophagus ans uvula are screaming "QUIT!!" LOL.

    Just ate pizza buffet and didn't over eat!!!! Sat happily with husband and kids still eating and didn't keep eating because I was there!!!!!!!! I am so excited!
