I lost 24 pounds, but regained 12. I recently suffered a stress fracture to my foot. This gave me a convenient excuse to sit around and eat. Coupled with no exercise, the end result was weight gain. So I am restarting my efforts to get that healthy lifestyle I want. No more excuses!
Exercise will be swimming...so no problems with the foot! Put my weight loss goals on the refrigerator!
Hopefully, joining and participating in some groups will help me. No more non-commital lurking around this site!
