Yesterday the bug guys came back again to inspect my apartment. I had to leave for the day just in case they had to spray, which didn't actually happen this time. My apartment is still a mess, but now I can work on putting things back.
I can work on cleaning every corner just in case. I'll have my place in order in a nicer way than I did before and it will be cleaner than it has in a long time. Plus I have to find the room for my new r2 unit, he's going in the living room for my dvd's right where it will be a conversation piece.
Since I'm not going to yoga tonight I'll be getting plenty of exercise putting my home back in order. I would have gone to yoga if the Y wasn't right across from the county fair this weekend. I will be going back next weekend. I miss going.
Yesterday was cool enough after dinner that I decided to go for a walk. It was very quiet in the park for that time in the day. I managed to walk as quickly as the last walk I took, plus I went a lot farther than I did the last time. I still get a little of that cough when I get moving, but it's good enough that I can walk briskly. I went a full 2 miles instead of the just under 1 mile when I go around once. I find that if I circle the small loop away from my place, I tend to go longer. If I loop all the way around to the side that is near my place, then I tend to quit sooner.
It was also the first time in a while I've gotten over 10,000 steps in a day. I average around 6000 with my slow days around 2500 steps. Hopefully this week's extra movement will give me a bigger loss than the half pound that went last week. It might even be one of those 3 pound loss weeks I occasionally have!
I enjoy my normal. May it come back quickly!
