If you're not from around Aberdeen (or know someone who is) I'll translate for you:

SHUT UP AND GET ON WITH IT

I've spent the past two weeks kind of floundering around, trying to figure out my plan of attack. Should I exercise in the morning? Should I try this high protein plan? Lift weights? Walk? Treadmill or park? Do I need new clothes? A journal? emoticon

And then my friend from Aberdeen sent me this. And I howled with laughter. I had my answer.

HAUD YER WEESHT AN' GET OAN WAE IT!!
