Well I knew this time would come. Not everyone's journey to health has a weight loss everyweek. At today's weigh in I stayed the same as last week. No I do not blame the milk shake that attacked me from out of nowhere in an earlier blog. I ate in my Spark range each day, and have exercised 6 of the 7 days. This is simply a pause for my body to adapt to changes. It is a bit easier for me to have a healthier attitude about nothing showing up on the scale because as I sit at my desk typing I'm wearing a shirt and slacks that did not fit a month and a half ago. Yesterday I took a work related walk that I could not have taken two months ago. Tonight I'm going to record my measuremnts and compare them to last month. I'm certain my waist is smaller, since I can wear and sit down comfortably in these slacks. Perhaps my weight will move down next week, but then again perhaps not. I'm still going to be healthy this week and let the chips fall where they may. Well as long as the chips don't fall into my mouth.
