Wow, it has been over a month since I blogged. My goal was once a week. I guess I could say life got in the way. So much has been happening family wise, all good things though.
I continue to struggle on the sugary/fatty stuff. I stll enjoy them. What can I say? Am I a failure because I do? No. I am trying to cut it down. I don't think I can cut it out all together. What keeps me here is the fact that I need to lose the weight. I am not necessarily looking to hit a specific weight. I am looking to hit a size 12. For me that would be a size from high school. Right now, I am an 18. I can feel inches going away. Clothes fit better, still not close to being in the next size down, but I will get there.
Right now, I continue to go to the gym 4-5 days a week. 2 of those days are workouts with the personal trainer I hired. He is a welcome addition to the program. I also get in my water for the day. I have cut back on soda.
I am going to work on recording EVERYTHING I eat, just not what I feel like recording. By not recording everything, I am lying to myself about what goes in my body.
