The last week and a half have been a struggle. I tend to check my weight each morning and last Tuesday, then I checked, I'd gained back up to 317. I've felt so down all week although I was working on bringing it down again. Finally, this morning, 311 showed on my scale. So I feel that I'm back on track. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find a shop in town that carries exercise equipment. So I picked up an exercise ball and a resistance band. I'm now going to be doing the 20-minute seated resistance band work out from SparkPeople as well as exercise ball sit ups as I learned them from a personal trainer a few years ago. My husband is going to work his computer magic and put the exercise video onto a memory stick that we can plug into our blu-ray player downstairs and I can do it in the livingroom where there's more room than in my computer room. Although I did manage to do the video here today. :)
I know I'm going to have times where I gain and not loose but a 5-pound jump was not expected (although I think some of it was monthly period and some constipation).
