WUB July week 3 (Weekly update on my goals)

Well this week has been better. I lost 5 pounds of the weight I gained. Now I have 1 more to go!! I took the loss off my activity feed because I had a gain first. I was at 214 went up to 220 and now back down to 215.
I am going out of town for 2 days. I hope I can survive with other people cooking!! I plan to take some low calorie cereal and low fat milk for breakfast. I might also take some veggies to add to dinners. We are staying with 3 other families in a HUGE house. It has 12 beds. It will be fun but not low in calorie.
Today I am QUITTING MY awful job!!! Woo hoo only 2 more weeks of that place!!! YEAH
This week’s goal progress:
Exercise 500 calories + 6 days a week (don’t just exercise for minutes but make it quality exercise)

Take one active rest day per week
---did one day of light exercise
Eat 6-7 Freggies a day
----met this goal!!
One day per week allow myself to go over calories by 100 or so. Just to reset my metabolism
---Sunday went over 50 calories
More healthy snacks after dinner.
