I come into work early and spend the time on Spark, reading blogs, etc. I get so motivated and stay that way during the day. "When I get home, I'm getting started!" Then I get home, get dinner, and am ready to crash. The next morning, I'm not in the mood to fix nutritious food to take to work, so I stop on the way and get coke and other junk. I get to work, get on Spark and get motivated again! But nothing has changed! I realize that what I need to do is get on Spark when I get home, too, to get me motivated then. And I'll be in a better position to plan for the next day. And I can start using the Spark app. There are so many aspects of Spark out there which will help me - I just need to take advantage of them and stop this cycle.
