Yesterday I accomplished all of my goals and even surpassed them in some cases. Instead of working out 10 minutes I walked for 15 and then did 5 minutes of aerobics. I guess 5 minutes isn' t much but it still feels good to know that I did it, AND I have that to build and improve on.
Today I'm going to try some beginner step aerobics. I've had this rebok step sitting there for more than a decade now, probably closer to 2, its about time I used it.
I will succeed, I am determined, I am doing this because I love myself, I love my husband and I love my family.
