Kids talking about fitness...

Friday, July 20, 2012

My kids know fitness, and this is a short clip of them talking about his muscle and how they help him fight the kids at school. And my mom help me get like this so I can protect myself, because I was a weak dude. Then my baby girl hits him, and then the rest is history. Because he would not let her talk. The rap was about beating kids up and busting them in the head. I forgot that part. And he dropped the Bzzzz and the N word in it. So that's why its not being aired or the fight. She hit him pretty hard.

It is great to see your kids taking fitness seriously. I have talked my kids into doing the challenge with me. My son picked out a pair of jeans that he bought on sale but they are too tight in the legs. He only wore them a few minutes! lol My daughter is famous for buying pants too small and then pouring her booty into them. lol I am not seeing the commitment from them yet but I hope that they will soon be inspired by all the work I am putting in.

    COMMITTED 3-6-5!!!
