1st ever blog

why do they call it blog? its gross sounding. and im not very into the new hip lingo.... blog, vlog, random...can't stand those words. anyways, after a week of doing p90x and staying on my low carb lifestyle change, i am glad to report i lost 4.4 lbs this week. yay me! i still have a very long way to go, but i'll get there. even with the good news weight loss today, im not feeling very motivated about it, wonder what thats about?
