I haven't written a blog in a month. Part of me thought that maybe I didn't need it, since my weight loss has been going well. I've been going a bit lax on my eating and exercise as of late. I realized that without sparkpeople and my blog, I don't hold myself accountable for what I eat and how I exercise. So I want to get back to being on Spark. I miss it!
Let's recap the last month. I've been working out and have lost a total of 17lbs. I gained two this last weekend after going to climb Mt. Fuji. We climbed overnight, no sleep, and I didn't watch my calories. It makes sense that I gained.
I just signed up for my first half-marathon for December 1st. I have to finish in 2 hours and 30 min. Wish me luck.
