    For the jogging, don't worry. I find it really interesting when I give myself some challenges. For example, I started with 5 minutes in a row and last Monday, I did a whole kilometer, without counting the walking,, a good 8 minutes in a row so next time, 10minutes...
    for the cookies...instead of bringing the bag with me, I'll just bring what I want... after being comfortably seated on the couch in front of a favorite TV program, I don't feel like pausing it, get up, walk to the kitchen, get the cookies, come back and try to find a comfortable position once more... lol I Didn't know laziness could be a good thing...

    cookies!! oooooooh nooooo! lol (that is a good show though) i never eat while i watch dangerous (unless i grab and apple or plum).
    thats a lot of! i need to walk to my zumba class that's only 5 mins away. i think you've inspired me to do that next time i go.
    zumba is a blast! i love it! it really does depend on the instructor and people in the class but it's rare to find a bad class. i hope you get to try it out :)
    i need to get back into jogging myself. it's been so long so i'm a little nervous about it. but way to go on that. i think most people run a mile in 10 to 15 mintues so that's pretty good if you get a good pace going.
    ok....well...have a great day tomorrow and...stay away from the cookies, lol.

    keep on pushing through audrey's mom...u can do it!! don't get discouraged b/c we all will have bad weeks. :)
