emoticon This is a short little "big" blog sharing with everyone that since I've almost lost 20 Lb. (5 oz away), I made a quick stop at my doctors office to check my blood pressure... It read 134/76, which is the lowest ever!!! One of my goals is to someday get off of all my medications. I'm now taking 2 meds for my blood pressure and the nurse said to come back at least every week. If it starts getting even lower (and my weight), then I will talk to my doctor about it.....I'M SO EXCITED RIGHT NOW! Never thought I would be so happy over my blood pressure being low.
Just FYI it usually ran about 145/90.....See what I mean Yes Yes Yes!!! emoticon

I see you have a BP issue, I did till I took 1200 units of garlic a day and a few months later dropped to 500 when my BP dropped from 220/110 to 120/79 and has stayed @16 years now. After a huge amount of stress it went back up to 210/100 so I went back and now take 2400 units in the AM and it's down to 127/78. Maybe you could try adding it to your morning pills and see if it doesn't help. emoticon
