So I gave up on the 90 day thing. It's really just easier for me (especially now that I have a job ohmigosh!) to work towards 2.5 hours a week and leave it at that.
I do LIKE the supreme 90 day workouts, but I've never been good at doing things WHEN you tell me to, and if I put up that little calendar chart and try to go in order then miss a day I'm more likely to .. you know, be like "Ohhh i messed up already, why go back to it?" which is dumb because the workouts are great.
So.
I'm going to do them occasionally because I need exercises with dumbells, but most of my workout times will probably come from biking to work. You know, once I fix my bike, and hoping nobody steals my bike? haha
