Ok back on the wagon, officially. I've stayed on track for a couple days, focusing mostly on getting enough water--about 1 gallon (or more) per day. I have noticed in the past that this was always the key to losing. I guess it helps me choose healthy foods, too, because I am not eating because I am dehydrated but because I am truly hungry.
I had a kind of depressing night last night, with two kind of downer emails right in a row. But instead of eating/drinking my feelings I talked with friends and then went to bed and I feel better this morning. I'm trying to use the setbacks as motivations to succeed.
