Back to Zumba on Wednesday, 7/18. 60 minutes of pretty intense workout for a 57 y/o, 35 lb. overweight gal like me, but it's fun and the discipline of a class setting is helpful to me. I am excited about starting again. It hurts, especially for the first couple of weeks, but it is fun and when I am exercising, I am more aware of what I am eating. It's a big piece of the motivation puzzle for me.
