Eating better but stalled on 5K training :(

Well, today I am feeling like I'm really eating better and I'm actually okay with it and not hungry. However, I was SUPER excited about training for a 5K (witht he beginner program) and after my first day (two days ago) I could not move my left knee without being in pain. I iced it yesterday and took Motrin, and decided to walk for 25 mins last night (as my "cross-training" day) and this morning couldnt walk on my knee again without severe pain. What a DOWNER!! I really want to be able to do a 5K but it's not looking good. emoticon

    sounds like you may need a visit to the doc...

keep off that leg and perhaps consider chair exercises if you feel you need a workout today!
