Well I am going to try something new. Little nervous definetely out of my comfort zone. I signed up for swimming lessons. Those of you who have read my blogs before know about my knee problems. I know swimming is great excercise but I am scared. I think I could save myself if I really had to. I know my knees really need a break. I just hope I am getting a good enough workout compared to my running. I don't want to gain any of weight back that I have tried so hard to get off. My swimming lessons start next week. Sometimes I get so nervous in the pool trying to do laps that I freak out with my breathing. I just hope I don't embarrass myself in front of others in the pool. Ha ha I really want to know how to swimm the proper way. I would love to try a Triathalon & you definetely need to know how to swim for distance. This will also give me a break when I want to switch up my workout. That's what makes working-out more fun too! Stepping out of my comfort zone will hopefully give me the confidence to do other things. I hope everyone has a good rest of your week & good luck on your weigh in's on Saturday!
Good for you! You'll do great and find swimming is great exercise! It works all the large muscles and burns many calories. I know how to swim but I don't like putting my face in the water. Maybe I'll venture back to the pool too......
