Well on Tuesday I pushed it a bit too far for my back end. Decided lifting a water bucket at the barn was the brightest thing to do, needless to say it was not. So back to square one more or less. Yesterday was a day of rest and relaxation. I did baking but gluten and sugar free products. Macaroons and almond nut muffins. So that was GREAT!
The rest of the day just did that rest, no walking to much as I am learning (albeit slowly) to listen to my body. As of Sunday it will be a week and a bit away from gluten. I am feeling much better and now that I am eliminating things out of my diet I am feeling and seeing the affects. I did have M&Ms the other day and was wound up for hours and was unable to go to bed. It was odd as dark chocolate seems to be good but then again it is not milk based as it is with cocao nibs (and organic). So that was a good discovery.
As of Sunday I will further decrease my dairy, although I really don't have much now to begin with. That one I am not overly concerned about as I have stayed pretty much reduced dairy for a long while.
The following week (and I THANK GOD!!!) that I am home for this is that I will then eliminate sugar from my diet (way of eating). Honey and natural products I will let remain but sugar (the white stuff and brown stuff) will be cut out. I will most likely still allow the dark organic chocolate 1x a week, then slowly wean off so that I can just have a couple of squares and then put it way for the next week.
I start BOWEN in september. I would love to do the theory now and I just might as there are numerous classes to go through but need to be able to sit up as i will become a sponge. So will re-evaluate this next week and go from there :)
Life is amazing. Looking at all the good that the world has to offer is showing a very different focus.
