Ridiculous? Well. maybe not. I certainly could go along with that.
According to the author, Gina Roberts-Grey, in the article on Oprah.com, the Breakfast of Weight Loss Champions might just Be...Dessert? I know, I know....it sounds too good to be true, but just check it out...

Ohhh, yeah, definitely my kind of diet.....but, when you look at the study, it actually makes sense.
