I know it's still my first week but I weighed myself this morning and I have already lost a pound!
I really want to get fit this time. I've tried "being good" before and I fall off the wagon when I don't see results fast...but a pound after 4 days is something I can stick with! I just want to be fitter so that I can do a 20 minutes set at a dance gig without feeling and looking crap half way through.
So I'm gonna continue and see if I lose another pound within the next 7 days.
