I met all my goals for the SparkPeople 8-Week Diabetes Weight Loss Challenge. Yipee

Blood sugar: 5.2 this morning (Average 5 for morning measurements this week)
NPH Basal Long Term Insulin Injections - Down from 32 units to 27 units (-5 units) ... Yeah :)
Cardio workout - 111 minutes
Strength and toning workout - 47 minutes
Food Tracking - Within recommended daily calories
Sweet tooth treats - Had 1 small portion of ice cream this week :) A miracle! Bought a low calourie no sugar chocolate (50 g) which I am saving for tomorrow.
Water Intake - Average 10 glasses a day

Reward for meeting my goals - 4 days on the Greek Island Rhodos (booked last night) emoticon

BTW, a spark friend taught me that when you respond to people's comments, you are supposed to respond on their sparkpage, so they can see it.
