Actually I noticed it a while back. It's hard to eat 1660-2010 calories a day in a healthy way. I ate what seemed to be 6 carrots (a small bag of carrot sticks) and it only came out to be 35 calories. I try not to drink too much juice any more because that really packs in the calories.
My point is I was only eating about 2 full meals a day back when I was eating McDonalds and going way over 1660 calories. Now its hard to get that in 3 meals and 2 snacks.
