I recently started back on my weight loss journey. Have been really good however am I going crazy. Everytime I have to eat food or fruit - I question myself . "do you know how many calories it has", "Will I be able to work it off", "shd I be eating it". I go to SP nutrition page and feed in my meal before I eat.
Am I overdoing it. I dont know but am realising that I never looked at portion sizes before. I ate what I wanted and how much I wanted. It is difficult to retrain yourself.
