2 Marie crackers
Craisins,Almonds
Apple
Lunch:
Pasta
Snack:Almonds,craisins
Dinner :
Rice 1 1/2 Cup
Not a great day today .I wanted to workout in the afternoon ,something came up and I had to go to the mall.I walked for two hours and I am going to count that as exercise for today .I hope I have a better day t'row ! Good night !
