I've been doing the training regimen for the 5K YourWay challenge, for about 4 weeks now. I actually just added it to my usual running and workout schedule, but it's been helpful.
So helpful in fact, that I broke my best speed today!
I've been trying to do 5K in under 35 minutes forever! Today I dit it in34:20!
I was so excited I texted everyone I know...well, after I caught by breath that is!
It was fun, it was exciting, it was hard as hell!
But I am so pleased that I was able to do it.
