18 Jul 2012 Ten days into the journey

10 days on SP, 10 days tracking food and fitness. I'm doing well. But it's been a bit of struggle today to stay the course. I didn't sleep well last night, so it may be that. The good news is that I have met all my goals since I started, including this first tough day! emoticon
